Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition, with all components, including but not limited to: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments.
A request to return an item must be made within 15 days of when the item(s) were shipped to you. The return can be refunded to you in one of two ways: (1) Sucette Rose store credits or (2) a refund in the original form of payment. If you choose a refund in Sucette Rose store credits, return shipping will be free. If you choose a refund in the original form of payment, we will deduct a return shipping charge and you will be charged a $6.00 returns processing fee. If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card.
If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. Please see the return policy above.
